Cold End Coating Machine

We design, manufacture and supply cold end coating equipment which is used for coating bottles or jars with dissolved polyethylene wax emulsion at the exit section of the lehr where the bottles/jars are in motion. This coating causes the glass to slip and protected against scratching, sticking and eliminates accumulation and blocking of products at the further sections of the production line. Besides that it provides excellent protection of the product surface.

In this PLC controlled system, all the three axes movement (i.e. movement between the conveyer edges, movement along the belt and lifting above product.) can be changed for setting the speed limit and position limit without stopping the Line.
