We design, manufacture and supply Annealing and Decorating Lehrs, which are fired by Natural Gas, Electricity, etc. In our lehrs the Heating and Cooling at respective Heating/Cooling zones are controlled in such a manner that temperature variation across the Lehr belt is kept to the minimum. The Zones are insulated with rockwool/ceramic fiber insulation to make it more Energy Efficient. The Lehr Belt support is fabricated in a Herring Bone pattern to minimize the Belt tracking.
